Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Lowell, MA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance to clients in their own homes.

You will help with activities of daily living, mobility, meal prep, and be a friendly, reliable presence while traveling within the Merrimack Valley. A high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient demeanor essential for in-home care.
• Reliable transportation required to travel within the service area.
• Willingness to travel within Merrimack Valley region is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
