Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support clients at home, enabling independence and safety. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep and companionship as part of a trusted in-home care team.

Qualifications include a valid CNA license, CPR/First Aid, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. This PRN 12-hour morning shift role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CNA license and CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and use mobility devices.
• Experience with Hoyer lift or mobility devices preferred.
• Able to read, write and follow a written plan of care.
• Experience in home care or senior communities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities to promote independence.
• Provide personal care in home settings.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Manage household tasks and errands as needed.
• Provide companionship and respite for family.
• Work flexible shifts.

What we are looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Valid CNA License
• Current CPR and First aid certificate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift minimum 50 lbs. and perform necessary movements
• Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility assistance devices
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan
• Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.

Salary Range:

• $15.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience
