Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED obtained.
• Valid CNA license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and use mobility devices.
• Experience with Hoyer lift or mobility aids.
• Strong reading and writing to follow plans of care.
• Experience as at-home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities to promote independence at home.
• Provide personal care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals; manage household tasks as needed.
• Provide respite for family members and adapt to flexible shifts.

What we are looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Valid CNA License
• Current CPR and First aid certificate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift minimum 50 lbs. and perform necessary movements
• Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility assistance devices
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan
• Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Willing to work flexible shifts

Shifts:

• PRN - 12 hour Evening shift

Salary Range:

• $15.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience
