Job summary

Executive Home Care of Fort Lauderdale is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support, assisting clients with daily living activities and monitoring wellbeing.

You will help with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and companionship, while documenting observations and following care plans within a respectful, client-centered team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in HHA, CNA, and CPR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene; mobility transfers and ambulation.
• Medication reminders and support with medication routines.
• Meal preparation and nutrition in line with dietary requirements.
• Provide companionship and social interaction; accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Health monitoring: observe changes and document care provided for the care team.
