Assisting Hands Home Care in Dedham, MA is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients with daily activities and create a supportive home environment. You will help with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and companionship, following individualized care plans to improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; your support helps our clients maintain dignity and comfort
• Assist with Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise or Walking
• Prepare and serve meals so clients have tasty and healthy food
• Medication reminders are crucial to our client’s health, we will train you
• Provide companionship, engage in fun activities and be the friendly face and joyful presence that makes every day a little brighter
• Show enthusiasm for helping others, eagerness to learn, and motivation to provide excellent care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes
• Occasional Transportation of your client to appointments or errands, we reimburse your miles
• Demonstrate dedication to our clients and respect for our agency’s close knit team

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
