FirstLight Home Care is actively recruiting Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Caregivers to support seniors in Bergen County, NJ. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities across Glen Rock, Paramus, Hackensack, and nearby towns.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification.
• Caregiving experience paired with effective English communication.
• Updated medical clearance: Physical exam & PPD/TB screening within the past 12 months (or willingness to obtain).
• Documented MMR immunization records.
• Reliable transport to travel to client residences throughout Bergen County.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized 1-on-1 care and companionship to seniors in their private residences.
• Help clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Cook nutritious meals, handle light housekeeping tasks, and assist with timely medication reminders.
