Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in New Jersey is actively hiring NJ-certified Home Health Aides for consistent Live-In assignments in Bergen County, including Glen Rock, Paramus, Hackensack, and surrounding towns.

Provide 1-on-1 in-home care, assist with daily living, meals, and mobility, with biweekly pay and benefits. Live-In shifts include 3/4/7-day options; daily pay starts at $200 per day with overtime and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• NJ HHA license is mandatory
• Willingness to reside at client’s residence during Live-In rotation
• Proficient English communication skills
• Updated Physical Exam & TB clearance
• Documented MMR immunity
• Reliable transportation to Bergen County locations

Responsibilities

• Provide warm companionship and hands-on personal care in the client’s private home
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility
• Prepare nutritious meals, light housekeeping, timely medication prompts
• Maintain a secure and comfortable living environment

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Valid NJ HHA (Home Health Aide) License (Mandatory).
• Willingness to reside at the client’s residence during your assigned Live-In rotation.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Updated Physical Exam & current PPD/TB clearance.
• Documented MMR immunity.
• Dependable travel arrangements to get to client locations within Bergen County.
