Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to join a compassionate team. We offer flexible shifts, including long day and short day options, so you can care for clients in a way that fits your life.

As a caregiver, you will help seniors stay safe at home, provide mobility support, companionship, meal prep, light chores, and medication reminders, while keeping families informed. We value reliability, communication, and a heart for service, with paid training and ongoing development, and

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (family or professional).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid and CNA/HHA certifications are a bonus.
