Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Aurora, OH is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors and adults live independently in their own homes. This position offers meaningful, one-on-one in-home care with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and comprehensive training.

As a Caregiver / HHA, you will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, manage light housekeeping, and support mobility while following individualized care plans to ensure safety, dignity, and comfort for clients in their homes

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and daily activities

At least six months experience is required.
