Job summary

Care Partners At Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in Orange County and surrounding areas. Roles include assisting with ADLs, meal prep, and medication reminders while following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality caregiver support.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required; guidance provided to register.

Responsibilities
