No experience or certification required, just a sincere desire to be of service to our elders and a willingness to learn!

We are looking for full-time caregivers.

Pay
  • Starting at $16.00/HR, based on experience
Shift Available
  • Night Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, transportation, bowel and bladder care, shaving, dressing, hair care, and laundry, as documented in the resident’s service plan.
  • Provide comfort by utilizing resources, transporting residents, responding to call lights promptly, and reporting observations to the nursing supervisor.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Assist residents in and out of bed and wheelchairs, following safe lifting techniques.
  • Support engagement staff in carrying out planned activities.
  • Document actions accurately in electronic records.
  • Follow universal precautions and established policies regarding exposure to blood and body fluids.
  • Adhere to professional standards and community policies, complying with state and local requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education, read professional publications, and maintain necessary certifications/licensure.
  • Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests following safety standards.
  • Report concerns as required and communicate appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work under pressure and relate well with residents.
  • Excellent bedside manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
