Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Broward is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) or CNAs to join our in-home care team in Broward County, Florida. Flexible, part-time shifts including weekdays, weekends, and overnight hours offer meaningful work helping clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

You will provide personal care, companionship, meal assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans while

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Florida.
CPR certification is required.
Minimum of 12 non-expired in-service training hours.
Strong English and Spanish communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a safe and positive environment.
Monitor patients’ condition and report any changes to the care team promptly.
Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and safe living space.
Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans.

Role Overview

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Homewatch CareGivers, you will provide exceptional in-home care to patients throughout Broward County, Florida. In this role, you will work closely with our care team to ensure each patient receives personalized, compassionate support tailored to their needs. This position offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities
