Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Broward in Broward County, FL, is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) / CNAs to provide in-home care. You will support patients with daily living tasks, offer companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home.

This role offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts. English and Spanish communication skills are valued, and CPR is required; certified HHA or CNA credentials are

Qualifications

• Valid HHA or CNA certification in Florida.
• English and Spanish communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, service-oriented attitude.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 12 non-expired in-service training hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a safe and positive environment.
• Monitor patients’ condition and report any changes to the care team promptly.
• Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and safe living space.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans.
