BrightStar Care - Anchorage is seeking caring caregivers to provide exceptional, in-home support to clients across Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and San Jose. If you are reliable, compassionate, and motivated to improve someone’s quality of life, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, companionship, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience required.
• Must register as a CDSS Home Care Aide.
• 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required.
• Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening.
• CPR certification.
• TB test or chest x-ray.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ well-being or behavior
• Follow care plans and safety protocols

• Foster independence and promote social interaction

Job Overview

We are seeking Passionate Caregivers to serve clients with special needs! These are for long term assignments.

Sunnyvale:

• Female Caregiver: M-F 9am-5pm (40hrs) urgent hire!
• FemaleCNA: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 7:45a-5:15p (38 hrs)
• Female CNA: Fri 7:45a-5:15pm, Sat & Sun 9am-5pm (25 hrs)

Santa Clara:

• Male Caregiver: 3-4 flexible days per week, 8:30am-12:30pm (12-16 hrs) urgent hire!

San Jose:

• Caregiver: 6am-8:30am urgent hire!

Caregiver Pay Range

Caregiver Pay Range $21 - $25 per hour

CNA Pay Range $24 - $27
