Job summary

Always Best Care seeks compassionate, trustworthy caregivers to support older adults in their homes across the Seattle area, including Bellevue and surrounding communities. Daily daytime shifts offer 4–8 hours with weekend options, focusing on companionship and basic personal care.

Receive weekly pay, access healthcare benefits, paid time off, sick leave, and paid training. You’ll be reimbursed for eligible travel between visits and eligible for caregiver referrals bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HCA certification.
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; willing to drive clients.
• Background check and drug test.
• Available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats).

Responsibilities

• Offer warm companionship and conversation with clients.
• Assist with personal care, meals, daily routines, and light household tasks.
• Keep homes safe, tidy, and welcoming.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, activities, and outings.
• Deliver care that promotes comfort, confidence, and independence.
• Provide dependable support and brighten clients' days at home.
