Always Best Care Senior Services- Seattle, WA is seeking a Korean-speaking caregiver (CNA/HCA) to provide in-home assistance to a client in the Seattle area. Proficiency in spoken Korean is essential to communicate about personal care, safety needs, daily routines, and companionship.

Pay rate is $23–$25 per hour, with weekly pay. Daytime shifts (4–8 hours) and weekend availability are requested, with driving required and a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HCA certification.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle and willingness to drive clients.
• 1 year+ experience assisting older adults.
• High school diploma or GED.

Shift Availability

Daytime shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours, with flexible scheduling options. Availability on weekends is preferred.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
• Fluent in Korean and English
