Job summary

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers for full-time and part-time positions with multiple shifts available for immediate start in the area. Daily shifts cover Mt. Pleasant, Ligonier, Greensburg, Irwin, and Delmont.

Compensation ranges from $14 to $16 per hour with weekly paydays. The role includes flexible scheduling (4- to 12-hour shifts), ongoing training, opportunities for career growth, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
• Background check required
• Driver's license preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene, such as bathing and dressing
• Preparing healthy meals and grocery shopping
• Providing light housekeeping and laundry assistance
• Offering companionship and engaging seniors in activities
• Supporting clients with dementia or cognitive impairments with patience and understanding
• Documenting care and communicating regularly with the office about client needs
