Job summary

Monarch Communities in Haddonfield, NJ, is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide to assist residents with daily activities as specified in care plans.

The role involves helping with personal care, meals, hygiene, and mobility, while ensuring safety and dignity. Excellent documentation and teamwork within the care team are essential to support resident well-being and comfort.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide credential required.
• Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided during the shift.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor immediately.

Job Description

Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.

Location : 132 Warwick Rd, Haddonfield, NJ 08033

Base Pay: $20.50 - $21.00 / Hour

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts
• Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift
• Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor+

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience

Physical Abilities

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
• An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
