Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL): eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs, maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report any changes in residents' conditions to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to care for the elderly.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must pass criminal background and health screenings, including physical and TB tests.
• Compliance with COVID-19 safety measures, including vaccination, screening, and PPE, as per regulations.
