Job summary

ResCare Community Living, part of Sevita, is seeking a caregiver to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community.

You will build real relationships, support personal goals, and provide daily assistance while maintaining safety, dignity, and respect for participants. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management
• Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Pay Rate

$10.00–$10.50 per hour
