Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
• We provide training to all new caregivers.
• Ability to follow instructions and respect residents' dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and personal needs.
• Encourage residents to remain active and involved in daily routines.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report concerns promptly.
