Job summary

CountryHouse Cedar Rapids, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking a part-time Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and to help create a warm, compassionate environment in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable caregivers with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes in condition.
• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection and independence.
• Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
