Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and dignity in a respectful environment.

You will follow individualized service plans, engage residents in conversations and activities, assist dining, and document changes while maintaining safety and professionalism. Strong communication with families and care teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required, 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassionate, reliable, and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes to resident's plan.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay Range: 15.50 - 19.40
