Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Texas is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support with residents, assist with ADLs, engage in daily activities, and uphold safety and dignity.

You will follow ISP, support dining services, and work with memory care residents to create enriching experiences. Sunrise emphasizes compassionate teamwork and resident-focused care, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
