Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, follow Individualized Service Plans, and build meaningful relationships that brighten daily life. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, promoting safety and independence, engaging residents in daily activities and dining, and communicating with families and care leaders.

A High School Diploma or GED is required; CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain it is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes

• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
