Leisure Care is hiring a Resident Assistant to join our team of caregivers in a supportive, community-focused environment. You will assist residents with daily living activities, observe health changes, and help with light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living space.

We value CNA credentials when available and look for at least 1 year of caregiving experience, compassionate and reliable individuals who communicate well and work effectively in a team.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with older adults.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
• CNA preferred and caregiving experience help.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care).
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the team.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
