Job summary

Sevita in Minnesota is seeking compassionate caregivers to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You’ll assist with daily living, build meaningful relationships, and empower participants to live more independently.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, competitive pay at 16.37 USD per hour, a full benefits package (including a 401(k) with a 3% match), paid time off, holiday pay, and opportunities for learning and career advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals and community integration.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition as part of goals.
