Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Minnesota communities. You’ll assist with daily living activities, encourage participation in community activities, and help participants achieve personal goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assist participants with daily living activities.
• Support participants in community activities and social engagement.
• Assist with personal hygiene and medication reminders as needed.
• Help participants set and reach personal goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
