Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with clients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and you may bring clients into the community to pursue personal goals outside the home. Full and part-time positions are available.

Paid training and a flexible schedule are offered, with weekly pay and a virtual interview process. Join a team focused on dignity, independence, and meaningful daily progress.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care and support according to care plans.
• Encourage skill-building activities with recipients.
• Take clients into the community to support personal goals.
• Document progress and updates as required.
