ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities while also bringing recipients into the community to grow personal goals beyond the home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, virtual interview process and benefit opportunities are offered by ExpertCare.

Competenze

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Mansioni

• Provide in-home one-to-one care for recipients, offering support, encouragement and helping with skill-building activities.
• Accompany and assist recipients in community activities to support personal goals outside the home.
• Contribute to Southeast Michigan community care as part of ExpertCare services.
