Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will help with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and promote independence.

This position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Bring clients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
