Hickory Senior Living Management, LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care and support to residents. Join a team focused on dignity and daily living assistance in a senior living setting.

You will respond to call lights, help with activities of daily living, assist with medications when needed, and support dining and mobility in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write and perform simple calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and guests.
• Provide personal care and services for all residents including ADLs.
• Respond to pull cords and calls for assistance.
• Assist residents in the event of an emergency.
• Assist with ADLs including ambulating, transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals.
• Monitor daily personal hygiene of residents.
• Assist residents with medications.
• Serve residents in the dining room in a professional, friendly manner.
• Clean resident apartments, launder clothing and linens, clean common areas.
• Accompany residents to scheduled appointments.

Shift Hours: FT & PRN 1st Shift: 7a-3p | FT & PRN 3rd Shift: 11p-7a

Pay Range: $13-15/Hour | Immediate Access to DailyPay

• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, families, and guests

• Provide personal care and services for all residents including:

• Respond to the pull cord system and calls for assistance

• Assist all residents in the event of an emergency

• Assist with ADL’s includingambulating,transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals,etc.

• Assist in performing, monitoring and supervision of daily personal hygiene of residents

• Assist residents with medications

• Serve residents in the dining room in a professional, friendly manner

• Clean resident’s apartments, launder their clothing and linens, clean common areas of community

• Accompany residents toscheduled appointments

• Must be able to read, write, and make simple calculations and followbothoral and writteninstructions

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift, using proper body mechanics

• Overall good physical and mental health

• Overall patient and compassionate

• Will be regular in attendance, with the right attitude and attire

• Must work well with othersand independently

• Sincere desire to work with the elderly and the infirmed
