Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• RBT experience or certification encouraged.
• Ability to remain calm, observant, and supportive in challenging situations.
• Comfortable accompanying the individual to church and future community outings.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Providing supervision and maintaining a safe environment.
• Supporting participation in church and community-based activities.
• Assisting with meal routines and monitoring food-related behaviors.
• Encouraging engagement in structured activities and routines.
