Job summary

Senior Helpers seeks a compassionate in-home caregiver to provide non-medical senior assistance. You will engage clients, help with daily activities, prepare meals, and support in hobbies while maintaining documentation on health status. A valid driver's license and background checks are required.

Training is offered, and we emphasize teamwork, flexibility, and making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• 1 year of field experience as PCM or Home Health Aide preferred; training offered.
• Ability to pass state and federal background check and drug screen.
• Current TB test and physical examination required before starting work.
• CPR and First Aid certifications; training assistance available.
• Provide two personal and two professional references.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn new skills to better serve clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
