Qualifications

• Previous PCA or caregiver experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow infection-control and safety protocols.
• Friendly, respectful communicator who ensures client dignity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and safe transfers.
• Assist mobility with ambulation, walker or wheelchair use, and ROM routines.
• Plan and prepare simple, nutritious meals; monitor hydration.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, and outings.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
