Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, companionship, and daily living assistance that improves quality of life for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Offer companionship and activities that encourage social interaction.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
