Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is hiring caregivers to support clients at home with personalized care, companionship, and daily living assistance. You’ll help with bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, mobility, and social activities to improve quality of life.

We seek dependable, compassionate individuals who communicate well, are flexible, and eager to grow in the caregiving field. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with weekly pay coming soon.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
