Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.
• Compassion and customer service mindset essential for daily care.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assistive tasks.
• Support residents with daily activities while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Respond promptly to calls and security alerts and document care as needed.
• Keep resident rooms clean and organized and engage residents in activities.
• Observe changes in residents and report to supervisor or health coordinator.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Compassionate, resident-focused

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Sound judgment and problem-solving

Must be 18 years or older

Prior experience with seniors

Education

High School diploma or GED

CNA certification preferred
