Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, laundry, and activities of daily living, while maintaining cleanliness and resident comfort. Prioritize safety and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Formación

• CNA certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and coworkers.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, dignity and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
