$15.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Job Details

Are you looking for a flexible work schedule? Our office is located in Kendall County (Boerne, TX), servicing several counties in the Hill Country. We are seeking coverage in the Bulverde area, two days a week, 4-6 hours per day. This is an ideal job for students, as we will accommodate your class schedule.

Always Best Care is seeking compassionate caregivers in the Texas Hill Country with a $500 SIGN-ON BONUS.

Pay and Benefits
  • Up to $15/hour
  • Tapcheck on-demand pay available for every hire
  • $500 sign-on bonus (distributed as $250 after 90 days and $250 at 6 months; must average 20 hours per week)

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance
  • Pass background check and random drug screens
  • Access to email and a mobile smart device
  • Good verbal, written, and reading skills
  • Previous experience preferred but not required
  • Training in CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR is a plus but not required
  • Military experience encouraged to apply
  • Follow Fair Chance hiring practices
  • Suitable for applicants with employment gaps or out of workforce for 6+ months
  • COVID-19 vaccination preferred but not mandatory

Services range from basic companion care (light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal prep) to personal care (incontinence, transferring, dressing, bathing), with shifts varying from 1 to 24 hours, including nights, weekends, and live-in arrangements.
