Job summary

AccentCare Inc. in Amarillo is seeking a Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services. The role covers in-home patient support with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm, at the Amarillo Office.

Salary ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour plus mileage, with benefits available based on experience. As Field Supervisor, you will oversee caregiver orientations, support new hires, design personalized care plans, and coordinate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure compassionate,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.

Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• High School Diploma or GED required
