Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes around Milan and East Smithfield, PA.

You’ll build meaningful relationships, help clients stay safe at home, and enjoy flexible schedules with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Night shifts are available with a pay rate of $15 per hour and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background checks required; dependability and patience essential.
• Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility and daily activities at home.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with errands or appointments as needed.
• Follow the client’s care plan and document services.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you’re supporting, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility and everyday activities
• Prepare meals
• Complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed
• Follow the individual's care plan
• Document the services you provide

What We’re Looking For

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
