Job summary

Mary's Woods is a nonprofit senior living community in Lake Oswego, Oregon, seeking compassionate Caregivers for the Evening Shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm). We offer independent living, assisted and memory care, with a welcoming culture and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven team.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with increases based on experience and certifications. Evening shift adds $1.00/hour; NOC adds $1.50/hour. Full-time, part-time, and on-call roles available, plus strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of professional caregiving experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Food Handler's, CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision according to policies and procedures.
• Ensure care is delivered with comfort, independence and dignity.
• Work independently and with others; manage time and complete tasks efficiently.
• Care for residents living with dementia.

Pay: Starting from $20.00 per hour. The starting wage increases depending on experience, certification and education.

Shift Differentials:

• Evening Shift: $1.00 extra per hour
• NOC Shift: $1.50 extra per hour
• Tuesday - Saturday Evening Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)

We are hiring for full time, part time and on-call positions.

Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful:

Education and Experience Required:

• Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of professional caregiving experience required, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Required to obtain your Food Handler's, CPR and First Aidcertificationwithin 30 days of hire
• Must be able to work as part of a team
