The Our House Residential Care Facility (RCF) is a 14-room facility with a team of expert clinicians who work with people living with HIV who are having difficulty managing independent living. By tailoring nursing, social services, and therapeutic everyday activities our clients and residents are able to define what 'living well' means to them. Our House a program apart of CAP Northwest is excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented Caregiver. This position is responsible for working within the framework of the interdisciplinary team approach to provide residents with providing Activities of Daily Living as directed by the Service plan and the licensed nurse in charge of the floor. This includes assisting with dietary and environmental needs as needed.
This is a Part-time 0.7 FTE role working at Our House location in SE Portland. The schedule for this role is Thursday-Saturday 2:30pm- 11:00pm and every other Wednesday 2:30pm-11:00pm.
Starting pay is $23.17 an hour plus differential pay of $1.00 and hour for Evening Shift. The Caregiver's Pay increases with tenure and the top of the pay scale is $27.16. This is a union represented position, so the compensation, benefits and conditions of work are collectively bargained.
