Job summary

Benevilla is seeking an Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) Floater for our Adult Day Programs in the Phoenix area, including Peoria, Sun City and Surprise. The role is 30-39 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm availability, with no evenings or weekends.

You will support members with engaging activities, assist with personal care and daily living needs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years caregiving or adult day program experience.
• 3 years caregiving experience may substitute for diploma.
• Requires Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification.

Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) Floater- Adult Day Programs

$15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates.

Available Schedule:

30-39 hours per week Monday through Friday, requires availability between 8am-5pm weekdays and ability to work shifts at any of our Adult Day Programs- Peoria, Sun City & Surprise, AZ.

Our Adult Day Programs are not open evenings/weekends.

As an Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) you will:

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
• High school diploma or GED and 1 to 2 years of caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience preferred) . 3 years caregiving experience may be substituted for High school diploma or GED
• Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
