Benevilla is seeking an Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) to support members with engaging activities and daily living tasks in Surprise, AZ, or nearby Peoria. Shifts are daytime, Monday–Friday, 8:45am–2:15pm or 9:00am–4:00pm, with non-negotiable $15.65/hour contract rates.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of caregiving (dementia experience preferred). Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers, and Article 9 are required; we assist with costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 to 2 years of caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience preferred).
• 3 years caregiving experience may be substituted for High school diploma or GED
• Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).

$15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates.

Available Schedules:

• 8:45am-2:15pm Monday through Friday-Surprise, AZ.
• 9:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday-Peoria, AZ.

Our Adult Day Programs are not open evenings/weekends.
Only daytime Monday through Friday shifts available.
