Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an experienced Direct Support Caregiver to provide one‑on‑one care for a client in O'Fallon, MO. The role offers part-time evening hours Monday through Friday, with pay of $21-$23 per hour.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and companionship in the client's home while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. We offer paid training, weekly direct deposit, and a referral bonus program, plus multiple major medical plan options.

Qualifications

• Prior direct support, DSP, or professional caregiving experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with meal cleanup

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an experienced Direct Support Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in O'Fallon, MO. If you have prior direct support or in-home caregiving experience and are passionate about helping others live safely and independently, we'd love to meet you.

This is a consistent part-time opportunity with dependable weekday evening hours.

Schedule

• 4:30 PM-8:00 PM
