Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in O'Fallon, MO is seeking a highly skilled caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client. This part-time role offers $21-$23/hour, Monday–Friday, with direct deposit and paid training.

You’ll assist with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, companionship, and light housekeeping, helping the client stay safe and independent at home. Preference given to caregivers living in St. Charles County for reliable attendance and easy commute.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on assistance with personal care and ADLs.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Hoyer lift experience is beneficial.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal cleanup.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands‑on assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Hoyer lift experience is beneficial
• Prepare meals and assist with meal cleanup
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and general tidying
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
