What You Will Do:

You will have the ultimate responsibility to help implement customized care plans that encompass solutions to nurture the whole person in mind, body, and spirit. You will treat your clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life.

Essential Functions:

1. Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes.
2. Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
3. Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs).
4. Provide personal companionship, actively engaging with clients to offer social and emotional support.
5. Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal prep.
6. Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment at all times.
7. Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.
8. Complete documentation of tasks and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior.
