What You’ll Do

• Provide daily, individualized care focused on client safety, health, and well‑being
• Assist with personal care, including hygiene, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Help with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and routine support
• Follow each client’s Individualized Program Plan (IPP) and behavioral support plan
• Support clients in building independence, daily living skills, and social skills
• Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and community outings
• Complete daily documentation and incident reports accurately and on time
• Respond to crisis situations and emergencies with professionalism and empathy
• Support clients with communication needs, including adaptive communication tools when needed
